This was sent to a few people and, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.caerleon.net\/archive\/miscellany\/er_letter.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Caerleon.net<\/a> was in thanks for taking in evacuees.
