macOS how to: Home, End, Page Up, Page Down

If you have recently moved from Windows to Mac, especially if you just got a MacBook Neo, you might be missing the Home, End, Page Up, and Page Down keys. Well look no further than this handy dandy table:

Key (Windows)Key (Mac)Description
HomeCommand ⌘ + Left ArrowMoves to the beginning of a line of text in Word, for example.
EndCommand ⌘ + Right ArrowMoves to the end of a line of text in the address bar of a browser, for example.
Ctrl + Right ArrowOption ⌥ + Right ArrowMoves the cursor to the end of the next word.
Ctrl + Left ArrowOption ⌥ + Left ArrowMoves the cursor to the end of the next word.
Page UpOption ⌥ + Up ArrowScrolls up about a page.
Page DownOption ⌥ + Down ArrowScrolls down about a page.
